Truffle flavoured Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. At Borgo del Balsamico, we never lose our enthusiasm for trying new things. Together with Cristiano Savini, owner of Savini Tartufi, Cristina has created GIOTTO, a truffle-flavoured Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, now part of the Tinello Red Label product range. This is the first time Il Borgo del Balsamico has ventured into the world of truffles. Naturally we were supported by our UNICI partners to extend the Fine Foods Network we are part of. Giotto is a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI; in this case, a Red Label flavoured with the juice of Italian summer truffle.
