The Cream with Parmigiano Reggiano and truffle from Savini Tartufi is suitable for toasted bread or polenta, on pasta and for enriching main dishes.

Use in cooking: Appetizers and starters, First courses, Second courses

Ingredients: creambutter, dehydrated potato flakes, Italian bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.) 5%, olive oil, salt, spice, flavouring.

Storage condition: The product may be stored at room temperature in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once open, it must be kept in the fridge at 0 to +4 °C and used up within a few days.
