A special occasion, celebrated with a unique challenge: to create a complete menu, from starter to dessert, using balsamic vinegar in every course.<\/p>\n<p>Three talented chefs took up this challenge, <strong>Marta Scalabrini, Ivan Giglio and Giorgio Falzarano<\/strong>, of the restaurant <em>Marta in the Kitchen<\/em> of Reggio Emilia. Their aim?
