Shipping your parcel

Parcels are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and sent via BARTOLINI with control and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by BARTOLINI with signature required, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this means. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to check the route of your parcel online.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will be applied to each of them. Your parcel will be sent under your responsibility, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
