Why go to TASTE 2016 in Florence

The Taste 2016 from 12 to 14 March at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, representing an unmissable appointment for food and wine enthusiasts.

The event will offer a unique journey through Italian food excellence, involving some 400 of the country's best companies. In addition to tastings, the show offered forays into lifestyle and design related to the culinary world, offering a comprehensive overview of contemporary trends.

One of the main focuses of the edition was 'Pianeta Pane' (Planet Bread), a theme that explored tradition, sharing and new interpretations of this fundamental foodstuff, emphasising the importance of bread in Italian culture and its different regional declinations.

Taste 2016 was an opportunity to discover high-quality products, meet producers and professionals, and participate in side events that enlivened the city of Florence, making it the capital of Italian taste for three days.
