Reggio Emilia Konfekt Magazine

Konfekt Magazine presents the Borgo!

Konfekt is a quarterly magazine launched in 2020 by the creators of Monocle. Edited between Zurich and London and printed in Germany, it focuses on fashion, crafts, travel and design. Each issue offers in-depth reports, inspiring travel itineraries, tasty recipes and stylish seasonal looks. In addition to the print version, Konfekt offers a fortnightly newsletter and a monthly podcast, keeping readers up-to-date on design, travel, food, fashion and culture.
“Sisters Cristina and Silvia Crotti, owners of Borgo del Balsamico, left the family fashion business to reinvent themselves as hoteliers and producers of balsamic vinegar. Today they offer nine rooms in the family villa and the adjacent 18th century manor house. In spring, over 100 varieties of roses bloom on the estate. Be sure to visit the wine cellar, where the two women mix their vinegar in small wooden barrels and offer tastings.”
