Balsamic's Borgo on Magazine7 - LA7

Review the episode of Magazine7 on the TV station La7 dedicated to the Borgo del Balsamico.

Cristina Crotti takes us on a tour of discovery of this unique place, where guests can immerse themselves in the life of an ancient vinegar cellar and an 18th century villa.

The episode of Magazine7 shows the beauty of the Residences of Borgo, the elegant rooms, the garden full of old roses and fruit trees.

Balsamic vinegar and our ancient acetaia are, however, the protagonists: La7's episode gets to the heart of Il Borgo del Balsamico and tells how to discover and taste the traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio DOP and the balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP produced at Il Borgo del Balsamico.

Cristina Crotti shows the “olfactory chamber”, a beautiful boule that allows balsamic vinegar to release all its aroma and flavour, and tells what balsamic vinegar means and how to taste it.

The video is beautiful, all to watch, but does not fully render the magic of The Borgo of Balsamic.
To savour the atmosphere of this place we look forward to a guided tour and a stay in our Residences.
