Unici: Italian excellence that works as a system

Vogue Uomo magazine presents the UNICI consortiumIn the world of Italian food and wine, there is often talk of the need to “making a system”, that is, to create synergies between the excellences of the sector in order to make the most of our country's culinary heritage. A concrete example of this philosophy is Unique, a free association that brings together seven brands of the highest quality, from Emilia-Romagna to Sicily.

The idea was born from the collaboration between The Borgo del Balsamico (Reggio Emilia) and Ursini (Fossacesia, CH), who realised the commercial and communicative value of joining forces and skills. Over time, the project has involved other realities of excellence:

  • Savini Tartufi (Forcoli, PI) - Specialists in truffle research and processing
  • Mattei-Deseo Biscuit Factory (Prato) - Historical producers of artisan biscuits
  • Pasta Mancini (Monte San Pietrangeli, FM) - Top-quality pasta made from Italian 100% wheat
  • The Niche (Pantelleria, TP) - Guardians of the Pantelleria caper tradition
  • The Way of Tea (Impruneta, FI) - Refined tea blends from around the world

Unici is more than just an alliance: it is a group of friends who share a passion for quality, tradition and innovation, bringing the best of Made in Italy to tables all over the world.
