What does seasoning mean and how does it differ from ABM?

In our case the production process is very similar, the ingredients and ageing also but the acidity is lower.

The production of seasonings and their regulation is varied and controversial, we have decided to follow our 'production ethics and respect for the quality of raw materials' without entering into sterile polemics that only fuel confusion in the market.

In this way, we can safely experiment with sweet and sour products with lower acidity or ingredients foreign to ABM such as fresh fruit juices and truffles.
In our production, the sweet-sour, balsamic seasonings are fruity, soft and fresh according to your culinary needs.

The ingredients are always strictly natural and from Emilia Romagna or Italy.

All production takes place in our factories in the province of Reggio Emilia.
