Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Borgo PGI is a completely artisanal product that is the result of skilful ageing of a mixture of the region's grape must and a small percentage of wine vinegar. Ageing takes place in oak barrels and is available in the four labels, for the four different uses in the kitchen.
The word 'aged' on the label is the only 'certified' attribute that can be used for products aged in barrels for more than three years.
White label
The white label is the freshest, pungent, aromatic and therefore also the youngest product in the range.
