The orange-labelled Borgo Condiment is a soft and fragrant condiment. Obtained from red and white grapes from Emilia Romagna, it is the result of acetified must aged for a long time in oak barrels. The Condiment is the alter ego of the more famous Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, undoubtedly better known but no less precious. In fact, we use grape must from our region, add a small percentage of aged wine vinegar to obtain different types of dressing according to 'recipe and ageing. In particular, the orange label is a product that in ageing picks up the scents of the oak barrels in which it rests, the sour and sweet blend perfectly making it fragrant and pleasant to the palate. The nose is still slightly pungent and fruity.
