Extra dark chocolate, made according to an ancient recipe, with a melange of 5 types of cocoa: Arriba, Venezuela, Trinidad, Ghana, Sao Thomé. The chocolate is processed in a very slow refining process and caressed in the basin for 92 hours. The result of this blend is a chocolate with a strong personality, aromatic, round and decisive (characteristics of Venezuela and Trinidad cocoa), enhanced by the unmistakable warmth of Ghana cocoa, almost representing the royalty of this country, where chocolate has the warmth of the sun. A chocolate for meditation.
This chocolate was specially chosen by Maitre Chocolatier Mauro Morandin for the combination with the Borgo Etichetta Rossa condiment, a product of excellence that goes very elegantly with chocolate. A sartorial pairing.
