We will accompany you on a true sensory journey: from the discovery of our ancient vinegar factory, where time transforms the must into authentic Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia DOP, to be tasted on site, to a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy with a guided tasting of the different ages.
The experience continues with a Cooking class to learn how to prepare typical Emilian dishes using local ingredients and concludes with a visit to a local winery, accompanied by a tasting of selected wines.
A complete itinerary among flavours, fragrances and ancient knowledge, designed for those who wish to get to know the gastronomic soul of Emilia through authentic and convivial experiences.
