Florence: the borgo at Taste 2019

From 9 to 11 March Balsamic Borgo will be at Taste, the show dedicated to excellence in taste and the food lifestyle.

Taste is the Italian salon of eating well and being well, where the best international haute cuisine operators, as well as the increasingly vast and passionate public of foodies, meet. We will be there together with the other Unici, our “free association” of producers of Italian excellence La Nicchia - Pantelleria, Pasta Mancini, Biscotti di Prato Antonio Mattei since 1858, Ursini, Great Oils, Great Specialities, Savini Tartufi - Florence e La Via del Tè Firenze since 1961.

Over the past few days, we have been packing boxes upon boxes: inside, our wonderful products, to be discovered by those who do not yet know us: the’traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO in the three labels lobster, silver and gold, the balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI, in the three labels yellow, orange and red, and our Borgo condiments. We will let you taste the traditional balsamic vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO in the olfactory chambers, a beautiful boule where the precious nectar warms up and releases all its aroma and flavour.

For those who are already our customers, we have some surprises and novelties in store, as always in the name of excellence and beauty.
