Video presentation: The Red Beetle Traveling Food

Discovering Authentic Balsamic Vinegar with The Red Beetle and The Balsamic Borgo

The Red Beetle is a project born out of a deep passion for authentic, artisanal Italian food. We believe there is no better way to tell you about what we do than to take you directly with us to the places where these extraordinary gastronomic excellences are born.

For our first video, we returned to a place that literally stole our hearts two years ago: The Borgo del Balsamico. Here, in the beautiful Emilian countryside, Cristina and Silvia Crotti create a simply unforgettable Balsamic Vinegar. Surrounded by centuries-old barrels, steeped in history and family passion, they produce an authentic masterpiece, an expression of the highest Italian culinary tradition.

The visit gave us an in-depth understanding of the artisanal process behind every drop of their vinegar, which is matured slowly in old barrels, laden with memories, that are more than a hundred years old.

For us at The Red Beetle, personally getting to know the people, the passion and the places where our products come from is fundamental. Our aim is to offer a true, authentic and transparent taste experience, bringing genuine, carefully selected and quality Italian products into your home.

Special thanks to Lenny Pellico Photography for uniquely capturing and narrating the beauty and essence of The Borgo of Balsamic through this exciting video.

Come with us on this journey through flavours, history and love for Made in Italy.
