A flat for four people, eight rooms immersed in the greenery of a 19th-century residence with an ancient vinegar cellar and rose garden with an Italian-style garden. The all-female managers are the two Crotti sisters, Cristina and Silvia, who have been producing PDO balsamic vinegar for generations.
Room Dalia overlooks the park and rose garden, has a fireplace and is completely lined with bookshelves with original wall drawings by Walter Albini. Room Boule de Neige has high ceilings, ogival windows and two wooden cherubs decorating the bed wall. Breakfast is served on the porch overlooking the garden, complete with roses and peonies that bloom between April, May and September: in addition to home-made cakes and ham, they serve parmesan cheese with their balsamic vinegar and yoghurt with saba.
