How to use the olfactory chamber: pour the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia into the goblet. Swirl it around, wetting the sides, and smell the infinite aromatic nuances. Turn the glass upside down and pour the product from the spout.
Here are the possible scents and aromas that this olfactory experience can release: tamarind, liquorice, dried fruit, dehydrated plum, cooked fruit, chocolate, bitter almond, tobacco, vanilla, wood, cooked sugar, chestnut and fir honeydew honey, black pepper, black cherry.
