The olfactory chamber

How is it possible to smell the 1000 fragrances of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar without being in the vinegar cellar: with the “olfactory chamber”, a blown glass goblet specially designed to enjoy the scents and flavours of this wonderful “kaleidoscopic” nectar that is so ancient but also so topical.
How to use the olfactory chamber: pour the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia into the goblet. Swirl it around, wetting the sides, and smell the infinite aromatic nuances. Turn the glass upside down and pour the product from the spout.
