Silver Label Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia is ideal for dishes where its smoothly sweet flavour blends with the starch in pasta. Its intense, rich aroma, and pleasing hint of sweetness make it ideal to enhance raw foods, but also sweet and savoury dishes too. Ideal on boiled meat or fish, Silver Label’s long ageing (over 15 years) in old casks makes it perfect with foie gras, and spicy or mature cheeses, especially classic Parmigiano Reggiano. Try adding a few drops when cooking a beef fillet or as a final touch to a risotto, especially if with vegetables and prawns.
