With Cristiano Savini, owner of Savini Tartufi, Cristina Crotti created GIOTTO, a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI with truffles, more precisely the Tinello Etichetta Rossa, which is enriched with this new variant.
Balsamico's Borgo is approaching the world of truffles for the first time, and of course it is doing so with its partner the UNICI, a new synergy between the group of Eccellenze Alimentari.
Giotto is therefore a Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, in this case the red label, enriched with Italian summer truffle juice.
