The Borgo Etichetta rossa condiment goes well with sweet and savoury dishes, from antipasto to dessert. You can enjoy it with lardo di colonnata, in combination with a risotto with pumpkin but also on baked pumpkin, to finish a meat dish, on meat or fish tartare, with raw or cooked prawns, with foie gras and with soft or mature cheeses. Finally, an unexpected but mouth-watering combination with cream ice cream.
