Elisir di Uva Zibibbo, from the La Nicchia company, is a thick “syrup” obtained by reducing fresh zibibbo grape must with sugar, with no added colouring or flavouring.
Also ideal as a pre- and post-exercise energiser, straight from the spoon.
As a sweetener in healthy breakfasts in yoghurt or as a sweetener for milk and muesli.
