Biscotti di Prato - also commonly known as cantucci or cantuccini - are part of the Tuscan confectionery tradition that sees them as the perfect end to a meal in combination with Vinsanto.
Since 1858, our biscuits have been baked daily and packaged in the classic Mattei Blue bag.
Prepared from flour, sugar, almonds, eggs and pine nuts, they contain no preservatives, animal fat or vegetable fat.
