Not only our brand, Il Borgo del Balsamico is also the name of the Company’s first product range.

The name is taken from where our family originally came from, where our business project got started: the old house where Balsamic Vinegar has been produced in the lofts down the years.

The Borgo range started with its most prized product – Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO – which became its flagship brand.

Our products are designed for the most discerning palates, their unsurpassed quality matched by design excellence.

The know-how accumulated over long years of producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar has enabled us to develop a range of other products: Condimenti (Dressings), and aged Balsamic Vinegars of Modena PGI, together with many other special products, like condiments with fruit juice and chocolate.

From the crafted bottles embossed with our Brand to the coloured boxes, our handsome packs are a distinctive feature, making Il Borgo del Balsamic products recognizable throughout the world.
